Didn't realize how much we'd need this until our toddler started screaming every time the sun hit his face. The extra coverage on this shade actually blocks the glare without turning the whole seat into a dark cave. Clips on in seconds and stays put on bumpy sidewalks.
The UPF 50+ rating actually holds up — my daughter's arms stayed pale after two hours at the park, no pink at all. It clips onto the G5 seat easily and the coverage is bigger than the stock canopy we had before. Only thing is it takes a bit of tugging to get the fabric pulled all the way forward.
We took this out on a blazing afternoon and the extra coverage really did the job, my daughter stayed shaded even when the sun shifted. The UPF 50+ fabric feels substantial yet folds down compact enough that I don't have to wrestle it into the under-basket.
